Despite the lockdown and the temporary closure of Megaworld International’s Manila Office, the Admin Team unwaveringly continued to provide Human Resource and Administrative support to both the sales network and employees.
They have continuously conducted training sessions for the newly hired members of the core group of Megaworld International through Zoom. The Admin group together with the Audit Group concomitantly provided a special training aptly named “Triple-A Training” to serve as a refresher with regard to the policies of the Admin and Audit Group.
To ensure that the stakeholders get to be updated in a timely manner, the Admin Group in cooperation with the Sales Information Group – created an Official MWI Community Viber group for the efficient dissemination of Megaworld International related updates. The initiative was meant with a positive response due to the active participation of its members.
The Admin group also made sure that no member of Megaworld International – whether they are a sales network or a head office employee – gets left behind. They made sure that the sales networks that might be strained in their country of deployment will be able to get home safely by assisting them with regard to booking their flights. They were in close coordination with Megaworld International’s agency partners to ensure that our office support team will be able to weather off the Enhanced Community Quarantine in Metro Manila.
