Affordable housing developer Suntrust knows how to satisfy the middle-income homebuyers' demand for uniquely crafted living spaces in the suburbs. In its Sunrise Hills township in Sabang, Dasmariñas, Cavite, the developer showcases its newest residential phase with a nature- and technology-inspired theme: Cyber Greens.
The 21-hectare Cyber Greens owns the distinction of being the first and only garden community in Dasmariñas. During the project's recent launch, Suntrust President Harry Paltongan led the unveiling of the Trinity and Simone residential clusters, which feature the full two-story model units. A landscaped garden of up to 90 square meters fronts each four-unit cluster.
"The nature-inspired amenities of other developments consist of communal gardens and parks located a short distance away from the residences. Here at Cyber Greens, families enjoy their very own garden right on their doorstep," said Suntrust AVP for Marketing and Training Jerry Rubis.
Aside from the exclusive gardens, Cyber Greens offers community amenities such as botanical, flower and rock gardens, along with a basketball court, children's playground, clubhouse and gazebo to encourage families to socialize while indulging in healthy recreation.
Trinity offers 54.6 square meters of floor space and a minimum lot area of 60.5 square meters. Simone, on the other hand, features a bigger floor area of 60.6 square meters and a minimum lot area of 60.5 square meters. High head rooms, large windows and verandahs allow natural lighting and promote ventilation, so residents save up on energy and electricity costs. Since the clusters are set 30 meters apart, the residents enjoy more wide, open spaces.
"Internet-related features are another top draw at Cyber Greens," said Rubis. "Unlike any other project in the area, the community offers residents Wi-Fi Internet access at the clubhouse and gazebo." Among the services made possible by Wi-Fi technology are web browsing, checking and sending email, chatting via instant messaging facilities, file downloading and gaming.
Cyber Greens is strategically located, making an efficient road network available to residents. Daang Hari Road makes Makati, Baclaran and Las Piñas easily accessible. The 11-kilometer Cavite-Manila Highway, once completed, will ease traffic along Coastal Road and Aguinaldo Highway. The upcoming LRT-1 extension will also make traveling to Makati, Pasay and Alabang more convenient.
